*Prices per apartment, per night without board. Children up to 6 years stay free in their parents' bed, if 4 beds are needed when booking the small flat (Top 2 & 5), the price for 4 persons applies. Overnight tax of € 2.40 per person and night will be charged additionally (children from 15 years). We reserve the right to charge € 40 for final cleaning in top 2 & 5, and € 50 for final cleaning in top 1,3 & 4.
The included final cleaning includes the usual soiling of the rooms (please leave kitchenware clean after use). An increased cleaning effort will be charged separately (depending on the time required).
Something reportable can always happen: A deposit will be charged for loss or damage. The amount depends on the estimate of the craftsman. The deposit will be refunded after the costs have been covered by your insurance.
Our cancellation conditions:
- up to 1 month before the arrival date 40 % of the travel price
- up to 1 week before the arrival date 70 % of the tour price
- in the last week before the arrival day 90 % of the travel price
Deposit condition is 25% of the tour price (payable by bank transfer or credit card)
